We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our esteemed team at NH Collection Victoria Granada. This full-time position is perfect for an individual who thrives in a quiet, overnight environment and is dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation and security of our hotel during the night hours. Crucially, this role does not require Spanish language proficiency; fluency in English is the primary communication requirement. You will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, performing audit functions, and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform all nightly audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing reports for management.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously during the night shift.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain the security and safety of the hotel and its guests throughout the night.
• Process payments, handle cash, and manage guest accounts accurately.
• Monitor hotel systems and perform light administrative tasks as required.
• Assist with preparing for the morning shift, ensuring all necessary reports and documents are ready.
