As a Blockchain Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust and secure decentralized applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to translate complex requirements into technical solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contract development, and a passion for innovative technologies within an English-speaking startup environment in Salamanca, Spain.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) on various blockchain platforms.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code in Solidity, JavaScript, or other relevant languages.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements and specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices for security and performance.
• Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies, protocols, and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain implementations.
• Contribute to the architectural design of blockchain solutions.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in blockchain development (36 months).
• Proficiency in Solidity and smart contract development.
• Experience with Ethereum or other EVM-compatible blockchains.
• Solid understanding of blockchain architecture, cryptography, and decentralized principles.
• Familiarity with web3.js, ethers.js, or similar libraries.
• Experience with development tools like Truffle, Hardhat, or Ganache.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication in an international team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with other blockchain platforms (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric, Polkadot, Solana).
• Knowledge of security best practices for smart contracts and blockchain applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
