Join our team as a Vineyard Pruning Assistant for seasonal work in the beautiful vineyards near Mijas Pueblo. This role is crucial for ensuring the health and productivity of our grapevines. You will be responsible for meticulously pruning vines according to established techniques, contributing directly to the quality of our future harvests. We are looking for diligent individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are committed to agricultural excellence. Full training will be provided.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Execute winter pruning of grapevines following specific techniques and guidelines.
• Identify and remove dead, damaged, or undesirable canes and shoots.
• Assist with vine training and trellising as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the vineyard.
• Operate hand tools safely and effectively (pruning shears, loppers).
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and vineyard supervisors.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
