We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Remote Social Media Manager fluent in English to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Colombia. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy for various English-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics, with a proven ability to drive engagement and grow online communities. You will craft compelling content, monitor performance, and adapt strategies to achieve client objectives.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) across multiple social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and opportunities for engagement.
• Analyze social media data, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and account managers, to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budget allocation.
• Engage with online communities and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Fluent in English (written and verbal) – C1/C2 level.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, native platform insights).
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and web traffic metrics.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Buffer, Later).
• Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience managing social media for international brands or agencies.
• Certification in social media marketing or digital marketing.
