We are seeking a diligent and physically capable Cayenne Harvesting Operative to join our spice farm team in Roquetas de Mar. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and efficient harvesting of cayenne peppers, contributing directly to the quality and supply of our premium spice products. You will be responsible for manual harvesting, initial sorting, and preparing the peppers for transport, working outdoors in various weather conditions. Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform manual harvesting of cayenne peppers according to established quality and productivity standards.
• Carefully inspect harvested peppers for quality, ripeness, and defects, discarding unsuitable produce.
• Assist with the initial sorting, cleaning, and packing of cayenne peppers into appropriate containers.
• Adhere strictly to all farm safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Operate basic farm equipment and tools safely, as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the harvesting areas and surrounding farm environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
• Participate in other general farm duties as assigned, including weeding, planting, and irrigation assistance.
