We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business English Trainer to join our team in Ronda, focusing on delivering high-quality language training to our corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English as a foreign language, specifically within a business context, and possess a deep understanding of corporate communication needs. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging, practical, and results-oriented Business English courses tailored to the specific objectives of various corporate entities.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Design and develop customized Business English curricula and lesson plans for corporate clients, aligning with their industry and specific learning objectives.
• Deliver engaging and interactive Business English training sessions, both in-person at client sites in Ronda and potentially virtually.
• Assess learners' progress regularly through various methods, including informal assessments, quizzes, and formal evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback to learners, guiding them in their professional communication development.
• Collaborate with corporate clients to understand their evolving needs and adjust training programs accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and performance for all assigned corporate accounts.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in Business English teaching methodologies and corporate training best practices.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development workshops, and other company initiatives.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Native or near-native proficiency in English (C2 CEFR level).
• TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent internationally recognized English teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Business English to adult professionals.
• Demonstrable understanding of corporate environments and professional communication demands.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching styles and materials to suit diverse learner needs and business sectors.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working with multinational corporations.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms and blended learning approaches.
• Proficiency in Spanish (B1 or higher CEFR level) is a plus, but not required.
