We cover your flights and provide comfortable accommodation, allowing you to focus on creating memorable holiday experiences.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Organise and host a variety of daily activities and evening entertainment for guests of all ages.
• Interact with guests, build rapport, and ensure their satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Provide information about the resort, local attractions, and TUI excursions.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve minor issues with a friendly and professional approach.
• Participate in welcome meetings, children's clubs, and themed events.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy level and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (additional languages highly valued).
• Valid passport and ability to work legally in Spain/EU.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, entertainment, or childcare.
• Knowledge of Spanish or other European languages.
• First Aid certification.
• Experience with group activities or public speaking.
