We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Robotics Engineer to join our Tech Manufacturing team in Adeje, Tenerife. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of advanced robotic systems used in our cutting-edge manufacturing processes. You will work with a diverse team of engineers and technicians to optimize production lines, enhance efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsabilidades Clave
- Design, develop, program, and commission robotic systems and automated work cells.
- Integrate robotic solutions with existing manufacturing equipment and control systems (PLCs, HMIs).
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new robotic applications.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of robotic systems to ensure minimal downtime.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures for robotic operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, R&D) to identify automation opportunities and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Provide technical training and support to production staff on robotic system operation and maintenance.
- Stay current with emerging robotic technologies and industry best practices.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proficiency in robot programming (e.g., KUKA KRL, FANUC TP, ABB RAPID, Universal Robots Polyscope).
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, control systems, and PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000).
- Experience with vision systems for robotics (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
- Knowledge of safety standards for robotics and machinery (e.g., ISO 10218, EN ISO 13849).
- Solid grasp of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Master's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience with simulation software (e.g., Roboguide, Process Simulate, Delmia).
- Familiarity with various communication protocols (e.g., Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
- Project management experience in an industrial setting.
