We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Albir. This role will play a crucial part in analyzing complex financial data, identifying key trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data manipulation tools, and a passion for turning data into meaningful narratives. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with a balance of office-based collaboration and remote work.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to data governance policies.
- Participate in the design and implementation of data models and analytical solutions.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging data analysis techniques.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
- Proven experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
