We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Albir. This role will play a crucial part in analyzing complex financial data, identifying key trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data manipulation tools, and a passion for turning data into meaningful narratives. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with a balance of office-based collaboration and remote work.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources.
• Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to data governance policies.
• Participate in the design and implementation of data models and analytical solutions.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging data analysis techniques.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
• Proven experience with statistical analysis and data modeling.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.

• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
