• Perform routine farm maintenance tasks, including weeding, soil preparation, and irrigation system checks.

• Participate in quality control checks, identifying and reporting any issues related to crop health or product quality.
• Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and tools safely and effectively.
• Support the packaging and preparation of harvested lettuce for transport.
