Descripción del Trabajo

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facility Management Intern to join our team in Seville. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of facility operations and maintenance within a dynamic corporate environment. The intern will support the Facility Management team in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our properties, contributing to a safe and productive workplace.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Assist with daily operational tasks related to facility maintenance and services.
  • Support the coordination of vendor services, including cleaning, security, and repairs.
  • Help manage work orders and track their completion status.
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate records of equipment, maintenance schedules, and inventory.
  • Assist in conducting regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of small-scale facility projects.
  • Learn and apply best practices in facility management and sustainability.
  • Provide administrative support to the Facility Management team as needed.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

  • Basic understanding of facility management principles.
  • Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative support role (even if non-FM related).
