We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic E-learning Content Creator with excellent English speaking and writing skills to join our dynamic team in Girona. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and curating engaging and effective e-learning content for a global audience. You will work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and multimedia specialists to transform complex topics into accessible and interactive digital learning experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about education and technology to make a significant impact on learners worldwide.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Design and develop high-quality, engaging e-learning modules, courses, and digital learning materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to create interactive learning experiences.
• Incorporate multimedia elements such as videos, audio, graphics, and animations.
• Conduct research to stay updated on e-learning best practices, trends, and technologies.
• Participate in content review cycles and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Ensure all content is accessible and meets international standards.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Native or near-native English fluency (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in e-learning content creation and instructional design.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
