As an Innovation Manager – Corporate Innovation at Repsol, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and launching strategic innovation initiatives. You will work within a dynamic team focused on scouting emerging technologies, fostering internal entrepreneurship, and collaborating with external partners to drive transformative change. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, project management acumen, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the energy sector. You will be instrumental in translating complex ideas into actionable projects and ensuring their alignment with Repsol’s strategic objectives and sustainability commitments.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Identify and assess new technologies, market trends, and business models relevant to Repsol's strategic priorities.
• Lead the ideation, development, and execution of corporate innovation projects from concept to pilot phase.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to innovation methodologies.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, startups, academic institutions, and industry experts.
• Prepare detailed business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations for innovation initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the progress and impact of innovation projects against defined KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops and design thinking sessions to foster a culture of innovation within the company.
• Present project updates and strategic insights to senior leadership.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation management, strategic consulting, or corporate development.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex innovation projects or programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean Startup).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Experience in the energy sector, renewable energies, or digital transformation.
• Familiarity with venture capital, startup ecosystems, or open innovation frameworks.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or innovation management.
