We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our dynamic team in Alicante. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced global technology company, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. You will work closely with the Sales Operations team, supporting various projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing sales processes, data management, and reporting.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Assist in data analysis and reporting to provide insights into sales performance.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Help develop and document sales processes and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather feedback and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for sales meetings and training sessions.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitive landscapes to support strategic planning.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at enhancing sales productivity and effectiveness.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
