Deloitte is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a strong B2B focus to join our growing team in Jerez de la Frontera. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and qualifying new business opportunities to support our various service lines. You will leverage cutting-edge tools and strategies to research potential clients, initiate contact, and develop strong relationships that contribute to our firm’s growth objectives. Responsabilidades Clave
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target companies and key decision-makers within specific B2B sectors.
- Utilize CRM systems and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo) to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Develop and execute outbound outreach campaigns across multiple channels (email, phone, social media) to initiate conversations and qualify prospects.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and lead hand-off processes.
- Track and report on lead generation activities, performance metrics, and pipeline contribution.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and progress in the CRM.
- Assist in the creation of engaging content and resources tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B lead generation, sales development, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong research and analytical abilities to identify market opportunities and prospect insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
