Wipro is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a Telesales Agent. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our services, and closing sales over the phone. Responsabilidades Clave

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote Wipro's services.
  • Clearly articulate product/service features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and identify suitable solutions.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and achieve overall team goals.
  • Participate actively in all provided paid training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Habilidades Requeridas

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and a regional language (e.g., Hindi, Kannada).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanor.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new product information.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, internet browsing).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
