We are seeking enthusiastic and diligent Seasonal Olive and Grape Harvesters to join our team in Adeje, Tenerife. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the annual harvest, contributing directly to the creation of our renowned wines and olive oils. The work is physically demanding and performed outdoors, often under varying weather conditions. We value a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Basic English communication skills are required to ensure effective teamwork and understanding of instructions.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Carefully harvest olives and grapes by hand or using appropriate tools, following specific instructions.
• Sort and inspect harvested produce to ensure quality and remove any damaged items.
• Transport harvested crops from the fields to designated collection points.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while working in the vineyards and olive groves.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with the harvesting team to meet daily targets.
• Assist with other general farm duties as required during the harvest season.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Capability to work effectively outdoors in various weather conditions (sun, heat, occasional rain).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality of harvested produce.
• Basic proficiency in English for understanding instructions and team communication.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in agricultural work, particularly olive or grape harvesting.
• Familiarity with basic harvesting tools and techniques.
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn about viticulture or olive cultivation.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
