Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Support tax compliance activities, including preparation of tax returns and related documentation.
• Conduct research on accounting and tax regulations and pronouncements.
• Help with data entry, reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members on various client projects.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Assist in audit support activities as needed.
• Learn and utilize professional accounting and tax software.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Prior experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, local ERP systems) is a plus.
