We are seeking a highly experienced and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO in our corporate office located in Granada. This pivotal role requires an individual with impeccable professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant will act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling confidential information with utmost integrity and ensuring seamless operations for the CEO’s office. This on-site position offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the strategic objectives of a leading global financial institution.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
- Organize and coordinate high-level meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, following through on issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as requested by the CEO.
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for the CEO's office.
- Oversee the flow of information to and from the CEO's office, ensuring efficient communication.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably a CEO.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience within the financial services or banking industry.
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and new technologies.
- Additional language proficiency (e.g., French, German).
