We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Alfalfa Field Worker to join our Farm Support team in Jerez de la Frontera. This entry-level position is crucial for the efficient operation of our alfalfa fields, involving various manual tasks related to planting, maintenance, and harvesting. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn about modern agricultural practices. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality output.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist with the planting and seeding of alfalfa crops following established guidelines.
• Perform manual weeding and pest control tasks to ensure healthy crop growth.
• Operate basic farm machinery and tools under supervision, such as tillers and irrigation equipment.
• Participate in the harvesting process, including cutting, baling, and loading alfalfa.
• Monitor crop health, identifying and reporting any signs of disease or pests.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of farm equipment and work areas.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support general farm maintenance tasks as required, including fence repair and field preparation.

• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor outdoors for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of agricultural practices or a strong willingness to learn.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license.
