We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wealth Manager / Financial Advisor to join our dynamic team in Marbella, focusing on the expatriate market. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of international clients, providing expert financial planning advice, and guiding them through complex financial landscapes. This role requires a deep understanding of cross-border financial regulations, tax implications for expats, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. You will identify client needs, develop tailored financial strategies, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and manage a portfolio of expatriate clients, understanding their unique financial circumstances and goals.
• Provide comprehensive financial planning advice on investments, pensions, inheritance, and tax planning for international clients.
• Conduct thorough financial reviews and risk assessments to formulate personalized wealth management strategies.
• Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships through networking, referrals, and business development initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant financial legislation, market trends, and tax laws affecting expatriates in Spain and internationally.
• Ensure all client interactions and advice adhere to strict regulatory compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external specialists to deliver holistic financial solutions.
• Prepare and present financial reports and proposals to clients in a clear and understandable manner.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or financial advisory, preferably with expat clients.
• Proven track record of success in client acquisition and retention.
• Strong knowledge of international financial products, tax planning for expats, and cross-border wealth management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant financial qualifications (e.g., CISI Level 4/6, DipFA, CeMAP, or equivalent international certifications).
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Valid driving license and own transport.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Proficiency in Spanish or other European languages.
• Experience with CRM software and financial planning tools.
• Advanced financial planning certifications (e.g., CFP, Chartered Financial Planner).
• Existing network within the expatriate community in Costa del Sol.
