Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others? Vodafone España is seeking enthusiastic Inbound Call Center Representatives to join our customer service team in Tudela. Responsabilidades Clave

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide accurate information regarding Vodafone products, services, and promotions.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
  • Process customer requests, including account updates, service changes, and billing inquiries.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality service.
  • Strive to achieve individual and team performance targets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
