Hilton Seville is looking for a dedicated English Speaking Bartender to join our dynamic team. While proficiency in Spanish is a plus, it is absolutely not required for this role – your excellent English communication skills are what matter most. Responsabilidades Clave

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Hilton's standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring adherence to all hygiene and safety regulations.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, following all company procedures.
• Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service and guest safety.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth bar operations and exceptional overall guest experience.
• Participate in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required to enhance skills and knowledge.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a hotel or high-volume establishment.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and inventory.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Relevant certifications in bartending or hospitality.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• A passion for mixology and a willingness to learn new recipes and techniques.
