We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pool Cleaner / Maintenance Technician to join our team in Benicàssim. This role is crucial for ensuring the immaculate condition and proper functioning of swimming pools within our client portfolio, with a particular focus on properties in expat areas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to interact with our diverse clientele.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform routine cleaning of swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
• Test and accurately balance water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, etc.).
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automatic cleaners.
• Identify and promptly report any repair needs or potential issues with pool systems and structures.
• Ensure all serviced pools consistently meet health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with expat clients, providing updates on pool status and services rendered.
• Maintain detailed service records and manage inventory of pool chemicals and supplies.
• Assist with general property maintenance tasks as required, ensuring overall property upkeep.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in professional pool cleaning and maintenance.
• Solid understanding of pool chemistry principles and practical experience with equipment operation.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously, manage a daily route efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Basic conversational English skills for client interaction.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Current Pool Operator Certification (e.g., CPO or equivalent).
• Previous experience working with international clients or specifically in expat communities.
• Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, German, or French.
• Basic plumbing or electrical repair skills related to pool systems.
