We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Office Cleaner / Janitor to join our team for evening shifts in Cartagena. This role is crucial for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in their work, ensuring that all assigned areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. This is a part-time position, perfect for individuals looking for consistent evening work.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal in offices, common areas, and restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and floors; replenish supplies as needed.
• Clean and polish fixtures, mirrors, windows, and other surfaces.
• Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting needs to management.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards observed during shifts.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards within the allocated time.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and effective cleaning operation.
