We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Operator to join our manufacturing team in Manacor, Balearic Islands. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and safely, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality. This role requires adherence to strict operational procedures, safety regulations, and quality control guidelines within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform routine checks, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor product quality at various stages of the manufacturing process, reporting any deviations or defects.
• Accurately record production data, including output, downtime, and quality checks.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP, GMP).
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
• Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines as required.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in food processing.
• Ability to operate and monitor complex machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor adjustments.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical vocational training is a plus.
• Knowledge of HACCP and GMP principles.
• Forklift certification or experience operating other material handling equipment.
• Fluency in Spanish; knowledge of Catalan is a plus.
