We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our factory logistics team in Vinaròs. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and timely delivery of goods. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to maintain a smooth and cost-effective supply chain. You will play a vital role in optimizing material flow, managing inventory levels, and implementing strategic logistics plans.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and implement detailed production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and resource availability.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to respond to unforeseen delays or changes in demand.
• Optimize inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize holding costs and prevent stockouts.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, warehousing, and transport teams to ensure timely material flow and product delivery.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and logistics activities within ERP/MRP systems.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure products meet required standards and specifications.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and forecast accuracy.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Production Planner or in a similar logistics/supply chain role.
• Strong understanding of production planning methodologies and inventory control principles.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in Production and Inventory Management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP).
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
