We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Caraway Harvesting Operative – Farm Hand to join our agricultural team in Jerez de la Frontera. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about farming and keen to contribute to the efficient and high-quality harvesting of caraway and other crops. The role involves a variety of farm duties, requiring physical stamina and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. You will be an integral part of our harvesting crew, ensuring our produce meets the highest standards from field to market.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform manual harvesting of caraway and other seasonal crops, ensuring crop integrity and quality.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment under supervision, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with planting, weeding, and general field maintenance tasks.
• Conduct quality checks on harvested produce, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Follow strict hygiene and food safety guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting harvested crops.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
