We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Chauffeur / Driver to join our dedicated team in Roses, Spain. This critical role involves providing safe, punctual, and discreet transportation services for our high-net-worth English-speaking VIP members and clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent driving skills, impeccable customer service, a strong understanding of local routes, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of luxury service. You will be responsible for ensuring a comfortable and secure journey for our clients, often representing the first and last impression of their Quintessentially experience.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Safely and efficiently transport English-speaking VIP clients to various destinations, including airports, hotels, private residences, and events.
• Maintain the luxury vehicle to immaculate standards, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and readiness for every journey.
• Plan optimal routes considering traffic, road closures, and client preferences to ensure punctuality and smooth travel.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting clients with luggage, opening and closing doors, and offering a discreet and professional presence.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations, maintaining a perfect driving record.
• Manage vehicle maintenance schedules, refuelling, and minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding clients and their travel details.
• Communicate effectively with clients and the Quintessentially team regarding schedules and any unforeseen changes.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Valid Spanish driving license (Class B or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of professional chauffeur or executive driving experience.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with VIP clients.
• Excellent knowledge of Roses, Girona province, and surrounding areas.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and client expectations.
• Punctual, reliable, and highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
• Discreet, professional, and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Advanced or defensive driving certification.
• Experience driving luxury vehicles (e.g., Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Audi A8).
• Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, French, Catalan).
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Previous experience working for luxury hotels, private jet companies, or concierge services.
