We are seeking an exceptional Head of Product to lead our product management efforts and drive the strategic vision for a key product area within Glovo. This role is pivotal in defining and executing our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and user-centricity. You will be responsible for a team of talented Product Managers, guiding them to deliver impactful solutions that enhance our user experience and fuel our growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, hands-on product leadership, and deep empathy for both users and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Define, communicate, and execute the long-term product vision and strategy for your assigned domain, aligning with Glovo’s overarching goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, fostering their professional development and ensuring high performance.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation and research to development, launch, and iteration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and business development teams to deliver cohesive and impactful products.
• Utilize data analytics, user research, and market insights to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Champion an agile and iterative product development process, ensuring efficient delivery and continuous learning.
• Communicate product updates, strategies, and performance to executive leadership and broader stakeholders.

Habilidades Requeridas

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role managing product teams.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex digital products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into product strategies and roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable with data-driven decision making and A/B testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in the on-demand delivery, e-commerce, or marketplace industries.
• Familiarity with the Spanish or European market landscape.
• Proficiency in Spanish or Catalan.
