We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality initiatives within our manufacturing operations in Seville. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and process compliance, adhering to stringent aerospace industry regulations and company policies. This role requires a proactive approach to quality management, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across all facets of production.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100, and Airbus internal standards.
• Lead and manage a team of Quality Assurance professionals, fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all stages of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with design specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
• Conduct internal and external audits (supplier audits, product audits, process audits) to identify non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement preventive measures to reduce defects and improve overall product quality.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, supply chain, and customer service teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management.
• Ensure all necessary quality documentation and records are accurately maintained.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace or high-precision engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
• Experience with regulatory bodies and customer audits in the aerospace sector.
• Knowledge of specific Airbus quality standards and procedures.
• Familiarity with digital quality tools and software.
