We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Shift Supervisor to join our operations in Salou. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics activities during your assigned shift, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and meeting performance targets. You will lead a team of logistics operatives, coordinate with various departments, and maintain high standards of quality and productivity. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent English communication skills are essential for collaborating with international partners and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of logistics operatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets.
• Optimize resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and space, to maximize efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
• Prepare and present shift reports, documenting performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Maintain clear and effective communication in English with team members, management, and international contacts.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in logistics.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish or Catalan.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies or other continuous improvement frameworks.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience in an international logistics environment.
