We are seeking a detail-oriented, empathetic, and highly organized Onboarding Specialist for Expats to join our team in Valencia. This pivotal role involves supporting expatriates through every stage of their transition to Spain, ensuring a seamless and positive integration experience. As an English Native speaker, you will serve as a crucial point of contact, providing comprehensive guidance and practical assistance from pre-arrival planning to post-settlement support. Responsabilidades Clave
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for expatriates throughout their entire relocation journey.
- Provide comprehensive guidance and practical assistance on various aspects of relocation, including immigration processes, housing solutions, schooling options, healthcare systems, and local cultural norms.
- Coordinate all logistical arrangements for expat arrivals, such as airport transfers, temporary accommodation, and settling-in services.
- Facilitate and assist with crucial bureaucratic processes, including NIE application, social security registration, and bank account setup.
- Offer ongoing support and resources to ensure successful integration into the new environment and community.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of all client interactions, service provisions, and relevant documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and local partners to deliver a high-quality, coordinated service experience.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Native English speaker, essential for effective and clear communication with international clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time management.
- Proven problem-solving mindset and the ability to proactively address challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity when assisting individuals in transition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general CRM software.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience (2+ years) in relocation services, HR administration, customer service, or expat support.
- Fluency in Spanish or other additional European languages is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with the Valencia region, its local services, and administrative processes.
- Experience living or working abroad as an expatriate.
