Responsabilidades Clave

• Assemble battery components and sub-assemblies according to specifications and work instructions.
• Operate manual and semi-automatic assembly tools and equipment.
• Perform quality checks and inspections on assembled parts to ensure adherence to standards.
• Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in materials or finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing provided safety gear at all times.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products as required.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing safety protocols.
