Are you passionate about fashion, luxury, and delivering exceptional client experiences? El Corte Inglés in San Sebastian is seeking a dedicated Personal Shopper to cater specifically to our English-speaking expatriate clients. In this pivotal role, you will be the trusted advisor, guiding clients through our extensive collections, offering tailored styling advice, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey. You will develop strong relationships, understand individual preferences, and anticipate needs to create personalized wardrobes and experiences.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Provide highly personalized styling and shopping advice to English-speaking expat clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Curate bespoke selections of clothing, accessories, and lifestyle products based on client preferences, body type, and occasion.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, brands, and product arrivals across all departments.
• Conduct client consultations, both in-store and virtually, to understand their style needs and budget.
• Organize and prepare private shopping appointments, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with sales associates across various departments to source specific items and facilitate purchases.
• Manage client profiles and preferences with discretion and meticulous attention to detail.
• Act as a brand ambassador for El Corte Inglés, embodying our values of excellence and service.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency is essential).
• Proven experience in personal shopping, luxury retail, or a related client-facing role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling techniques, and luxury brands.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and understand client needs intuitively.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using retail POS systems and client management tools.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Additional fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• A degree or certification in Fashion Merchandising, Styling, or a related field.
• Existing network within the expat community in San Sebastian or wider Basque Country.
• Experience with CRM software for client relationship management.
