We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Translator with native-level proficiency in English to join our global team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced linguist to work on diverse projects, ensuring high-quality linguistic output and cultural accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating various types of content, primarily from one or more source languages into English, while maintaining the original meaning, context, and tone. Responsabilidades Clave

• Translate a wide range of content, including marketing materials, technical documents, legal texts, and user interfaces, from source languages into English.
• Ensure accuracy, linguistic quality, and cultural appropriateness of all translated materials.
• Adhere to specific client guidelines, glossaries, and style guides.
• Utilize CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) tools, translation memories, and terminology management systems effectively.
• Perform self-revision and quality checks on translated content.
• Collaborate with project managers, editors, and other linguists to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.
• Participate in linguistic quality assurance processes as needed.
• Continuously improve linguistic skills and stay updated with industry best practices and language trends.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Native-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Exceptional command of grammar, syntax, and style in English.
• Proficiency in at least one other source language (e.g., Spanish, German, French).
• Proven experience with CAT tools (e.g., SDL Trados Studio, MemoQ, Wordfast).
• Strong research skills and ability to quickly grasp new subject matters.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
