We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic E-learning Content Creator with native-level English speaking skills to join our dynamic content development team in Estepona. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and curating engaging and effective e-learning materials for various educational programs. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to transform complex topics into accessible and interactive online learning experiences. Responsabilidades Clave

• Design and develop high-quality e-learning content, including modules, lessons, activities, assessments, and multimedia elements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, ensure accuracy, and align with learning objectives.
• Apply instructional design principles to create engaging, interactive, and effective learning experiences.
• Write, edit, and proofread all content to ensure clarity, grammatical accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360) to build and publish courses.
• Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Review and update existing e-learning materials to ensure relevance and continuous improvement.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on all developed content before deployment.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Native-level English speaking and writing proficiency.
• Proven experience in e-learning content creation or instructional design.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate).
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to transform complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating visual assets.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration.
• Experience in video scripting and basic video editing.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) for e-learning content.
