Anecoop S. Coop. is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Apple Orchard Workers for a seasonal contract in our Vinaròs operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful harvest and initial processing of our premium apples. You will be an integral part of our field team, contributing directly to the quality and efficiency of our seasonal yield. Responsabilidades Clave

• Picking apples carefully by hand, ensuring fruit quality and minimizing damage.
• Operating and maintaining basic orchard equipment under supervision.
• Assisting with pruning, thinning, and general orchard maintenance tasks.
• Packing and sorting harvested apples according to quality standards.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and agricultural best practices.
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily harvest targets.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in work areas, including equipment and storage spaces.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 20kg, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a diverse team.
• Attention to detail regarding fruit quality and careful handling.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Spain.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in agricultural work, fruit harvesting, or similar outdoor labor is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Spanish (conversational level) for team communication.
• Ability to operate basic farm machinery (e.g., utility vehicles) is an advantage, but not required.
