We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our esteemed wellness team at Evenia Olympic Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and well-being, possessing excellent technical skills in various massage modalities and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests’ relaxation and therapeutic experience within our luxurious spa environment, helping them unwind and rejuvenate.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform a variety of massage treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy, and other specialized techniques, tailored to guest needs.
• Conduct thorough consultations with guests to assess their preferences, health conditions, and specific requirements to provide personalized and effective massage services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment room environment, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for each client.
• Educate guests on the benefits of massage and recommend suitable products or additional spa services for their continued well-being.
• Adhere strictly to all spa policies, health and safety regulations, and ethical standards, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Build positive relationships with guests, ensuring a relaxing, respectful, and professional experience from arrival to departure.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of massage products and supplies, communicating needs to management to ensure smooth operation.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) or equivalent professional license from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience (at least 2 years) in performing various massage modalities including Swedish and deep tissue.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to listen and connect with guests.
• Demonstrated ability to create a calm, therapeutic, and welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage.
• Fluent in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Additional certifications in specialized massage techniques (e.g., Thai massage, reflexology, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage).
• Prior experience working in a luxury spa, resort, or high-end hotel environment.
• Proficiency in other languages such as French, German, or Catalan to cater to our international guests.
• Strong sales skills for promoting spa services and retail products, enhancing the guest experience and driving revenue.
