We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our Zara store in Tarifa. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that reflects Zara’s international brand standards. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for fashion, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record in retail management.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and team motivation.
• Recruit, train, develop, and supervise a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure outstanding customer service, resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Oversee visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is always presented according to Zara's brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and loss prevention.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
• Implement and maintain store security and health and safety standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager in fashion or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service best practices.
• Ability to analyze sales figures and develop strategies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
• Fluency in Spanish and working proficiency in English.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Experience with international retail brands.
• Additional language proficiency (e.g., German, French, or Arabic) is a plus.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and POS systems.
