Descripción del Trabajo
We are seeking a talented and passionate 3D Artist / Animator to join our creative team in Mojácar Pueblo. As a 3D Artist / Animator, you will be instrumental in bringing our game worlds and characters to life. This role involves creating high-quality 3D assets, rigging characters, and producing fluid, engaging animations. You will work closely with game designers and other artists to maintain artistic consistency and deliver visually stunning content that enhances the player experience. This is an on-site position requiring collaboration within our studio environment.
Responsabilidades Clave
- Create high-quality 3D models (characters, props, environments) with optimized topology and UV layouts.
- Texture 3D assets using PBR workflows to achieve desired visual styles.
- Rig 3D characters and objects, ensuring clean deformation and animator-friendly controls.
- Develop a wide range of animations, including character movements, UI animations, and special effects.
- Collaborate with the art director and lead artists to maintain visual consistency and quality across projects.
- Iterate on art assets based on feedback from team members and playtesting.
- Optimize 3D assets for performance on various platforms without compromising visual fidelity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in 3D art and animation.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional 3D modeling, texturing, and animation skills.
- Experience with PBR (Physically Based Rendering) material workflows.
- Solid understanding of anatomy, form, weight, and animation principles.
- Ability to adapt to various art styles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Cualificaciones Preferidas
- Experience with sculpting software (e.g., ZBrush).
- Proficiency with Substance Painter and Designer.
- Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, MEL) for pipeline automation.
- Traditional art skills (drawing, painting, sculpting).
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
