We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Agile Transformation Lead to drive significant agile adoption and maturity across various programs and portfolios. As an Agile Transformation Lead, you will be instrumental in coaching leadership, teams, and stakeholders through their agile journey, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centricity. This role requires an individual with deep expertise in various agile frameworks, strong leadership capabilities, and exceptional English communication skills to engage effectively with international and local teams.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Lead and guide large-scale agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams and departments.
• Coach and mentor senior leadership, product owners, scrum masters, and development teams on agile principles, practices, and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
• Develop and implement tailored agile strategies and roadmaps to meet organizational goals and challenges.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and ceremonies to build agile capability and understanding.
• Identify organizational impediments to agile adoption and work with stakeholders to remove them.
• Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to track agile maturity, team performance, and business value delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and psychological safety.
• Act as a change agent, inspiring and empowering teams to embrace agile ways of working.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Minimum 8 years of experience leading and coaching agile transformations in complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrable expertise in various agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, XP).
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from executive leadership to individual contributors.
• Strong understanding of organizational change management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in English.
• Proficiency in agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
• Ability to adapt agile methodologies to suit specific organizational contexts and challenges.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), LeSS Practitioner, PMI-ACP).
• Experience in IT consulting or professional services.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
