We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our agricultural teams in Oliva, Valencia, for both seasonal and permanent positions. This role is fundamental to the success of our harvests and ongoing farm operations. You will be involved in various aspects of crop production, from planting and cultivation to harvesting and post-harvest care. We value a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to sustainable farming practices. Responsabilidades Clave

• Perform general farm duties, including planting, cultivating, irrigating, and fertilizing crops.
• Participate in the harvesting of various fruits and vegetables according to established quality standards.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor crop health, identify pests and diseases, and apply appropriate treatments under supervision.
• Assist with sorting, packing, and preparing produce for transport.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm facilities and fields.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
