We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Appliance Delivery Assistant to join our logistics team in Ruzafa, Valencia. This role involves the safe and efficient delivery and installation of various household appliances to customer homes. You will work closely with a delivery driver, assisting with loading, unloading, and positioning heavy items. Attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this demanding but rewarding position.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist the delivery driver with loading and unloading appliances safely from the delivery vehicle.
• Carefully transport appliances into customer homes, navigating stairs, narrow doorways, and other obstacles.
• Provide basic installation assistance for appliances (e.g., leveling refrigerators, connecting washing machine hoses) as required.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on schedule and in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding manual handling and heavy lifting.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances (up to 50 kg) repeatedly throughout the day.
• Strong physical stamina and endurance.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures for manual handling.
• Fluent in Spanish and conversational English.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in delivery, warehousing, or a physically demanding role.
• Knowledge of basic appliance installation procedures.
• Valid driving license (B class) is a plus, though not strictly required for an assistant role.
