We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Automation Engineer with a strong focus on PLC Programming to join our dynamic team in Benimaclet, Valencia. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of automation systems for various industrial applications. You will work on cutting-edge projects, translating client requirements into robust and efficient PLC and HMI/SCADA solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of automated machinery and processes.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Design, develop, and implement PLC programs (Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, etc.) for industrial machinery and processes.
• Configure and program Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) and SCADA systems.
• Perform system integration, testing, and commissioning of automation solutions on-site.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to PLC programs, electrical control systems, and industrial networks.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including electrical schematics, program comments, and operational manuals.
• Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in industrial automation technologies and apply them to project solutions.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7-300/400/1200/1500, TIA Portal, Rockwell Allen-Bradley ControlLogix/CompactLogix, Studio 5000).
• Experience with HMI/SCADA development (e.g., WinCC, FactoryTalk View, Ignition).
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profinet, Profibus, EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.
• Solid knowledge of industrial control components (sensors, actuators, VFDs, servos).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience with industrial robotics programming (e.g., KUKA, FANUC, ABB).
• Knowledge of functional safety standards and programming (e.g., IEC 61508, ISO 13849).
• Experience in specific industries such as automotive, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, or logistics.
• Project management experience in automation projects.
