As a Brand Ambassador/Promo Staff for Red Bull in Ibiza, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with consumers and creating memorable experiences. You will execute promotional activities, distribute product samples, and educate the public about Red Bull’s benefits and lifestyle. This role requires high energy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with people in a vibrant, dynamic environment. You’ll be instrumental in enhancing brand visibility and driving consumer loyalty across various events and locations throughout the Balearic Islands.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Represent the Red Bull brand with enthusiasm and professionalism at events, venues, and retail locations.
• Engage directly with consumers, promoting product awareness and encouraging trial.
• Distribute product samples and merchandise effectively.
• Educate target audiences on Red Bull's unique benefits, product range, and brand values.
• Gather consumer feedback and market insights, reporting back to the marketing team.
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown for various promotional activities.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Red Bull products and campaigns.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve promotional goals.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing, energetic, and approachable personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift promotional materials (up to 15 kg)

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Previous experience in brand promotion, sales, events, or customer service
• Knowledge of the local market and key venues in Ibiza
• Proficiency in Spanish or Catalan is a plus
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events
