We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business English Trainer to join our team in Adeje, Tenerife. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language training to corporate clients, focusing on business communication skills. You will work with professionals from various industries, helping them improve their English proficiency for meetings, presentations, negotiations, and everyday business interactions. Responsabilidades Clave

• Conduct engaging and effective Business English training sessions for corporate clients, both individually and in groups.
• Develop customized lesson plans and materials tailored to the specific needs and industries of corporate learners.
• Assess client language proficiency and progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and course completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their learning objectives and ensure program alignment.
• Stay updated on best practices in language teaching and business communication.
• Participate in trainer meetings and professional development workshops.
• Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Native-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in teaching English, particularly Business English.
• Strong understanding of business concepts and corporate environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage adult learners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Flexibility to adapt teaching style to diverse learner needs.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Business, or a related field.
• CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
• Experience working with corporate clients in a training or consulting capacity.
• Knowledge of Spanish (B1 level or higher) is a plus.
• Experience with online teaching platforms and blended learning methodologies.
