We are seeking a proactive and skilled Change Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Torrelavega, Cantabria. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful adoption and sustained usage of new initiatives, projects, and transformations across our client organizations. You will be responsible for applying a structured methodology and leading change management activities to minimize resistance and maximize engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, with a proven ability to communicate effectively in English to diverse stakeholders. This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with essential on-site collaboration in our Torrelavega office.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans for projects, including communication, sponsor roadmap, coaching, training, and resistance management.
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify key stakeholders and potential areas of resistance.
• Create and deliver compelling communication plans and materials to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
• Coach project teams, leaders, and managers on their roles in change management.
• Design and coordinate training programs to ensure end-users are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for new systems or processes.
• Measure and monitor change adoption, feedback, and effectiveness, using data to inform continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable business terms.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive alignment and collaboration among diverse groups.
• Fluent and professional communication in English, both written and verbal, is required for all aspects of this role.

Habilidades Requeridas

• Proven experience in applying a structured change management methodology (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, with a capacity to influence and persuade.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various organizational levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
• Experience working in a consulting environment or on large-scale organizational transformations.
• Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
