We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our agricultural team as Chili Pepper Pickers – Field Hands. This is a temporary, seasonal position primarily involving the manual harvesting of chili peppers in our fields located near Reus, Costa Dorada. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety. You will work outdoors in various weather conditions, as part of a team, to ensure efficient and timely harvesting of our crops. Prior agricultural experience is a plus, but not strictly required, as training will be provided.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Manually harvest chili peppers from plants according to specified quality and ripeness standards.
• Carefully handle produce to prevent bruising and damage during picking and transfer.
• Work efficiently and collaboratively within a team to meet daily harvesting targets.
• Adhere to all farm safety regulations and operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the field.
• Report any issues with crops, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with other general field tasks as needed, such as weeding or plant maintenance.
