Are you eager to learn the intricate art of coffee roasting? Cafento is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Coffee Roastery Helper to join our team in Vinaròs. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required – we provide full, comprehensive training to transform you into a skilled roastery professional. You will support our experienced roasters in daily operations, learning every aspect of the coffee production process from green bean handling to packaging. Responsabilidades Clave

• Assist experienced roasters in all stages of the coffee roasting process.
• Learn and apply best practices for handling green coffee beans, including sorting and storage.
• Monitor roasting machines and assist with temperature and time adjustments under supervision.
• Support in packaging roasted coffee beans, ensuring proper labeling and sealing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the roastery equipment and workspace.
• Assist with inventory management of green and roasted coffee.
• Operate basic machinery and tools safely after receiving proper training.
• Adhere to all safety and quality control protocols.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Good physical stamina, capable of lifting and moving bags of coffee.
